News from Dr. “Di-maker"

I used to work as a doctor, and came to Oriflame thanks to a patient inviting me to join an international company. I thought it might be an American clinic – but it turned out to be Oriflame! For this, I’ll always be grateful.

This may surprise you, but my experience as a doctor is useful every day at Oriflame: my abilities to deal personally with people, to have along-term outlook, the discipline to work with a team, and the skill to communicate effectively.

I still have to work very hard, but it is more pleasant with Oriflame as you can plan your own day – without starting at 8 a.m. or working late into the night. In the very beginning I worked a lot – business trips and five meetings a day, but even then I would get a good rest travelling with my family.

Oriflame gives you a chance to change your life completely. I envision our company as a big airplane taking all of us to where all our dreams come true. Like the Directors Dinner in 1998 … I’m a Sapphire Director, and I see Magnus Brännström present a Gold Executive Director with a brand-new Volvo and a check for $50,000!

I dreamed of doing this in five years, but it took six – because I also attained my most important title: mother!

As for my hobbies, I love jazz and classical music. Each composition affects my spirit – with joy, melancholy, or excitement. My little son Pavel brings more happiness into my life each day, and I especially like reading fairy tale books with him.

The only thing I’m against is indifference. I always try to be compassionate to people.

I was born in Uzbekistan, but now I am living in Moscow with my family. I’ve created a new word – “Dimaker.” That means a Leader who’s growing new Directors. Oriflame is a
kind of Hollywood for us. And my role is to find new stars and help them shine brightly.
