Reaching the very top

We came across Oriflame when we were quite young, with a life full of adventures ahead of us. We constantly searched for a place that would reward us for our efforts, time and knowledge according to European standards.

Aleksey: True. I sold flowers and foreign exchange, and dry-cleaned cars. I tried working for a museum, a large retailer, a medical lab, a supermarket, and was even an executive of the Federation of Thai Boxing of Ukraine.

Elena: I had serious interests in religion, yoga, Indian and pop dancing, and Eastern combat techniques. I even dreamed of becoming a ship captain – I wanted to be the leader!

Even so, it took eight phone calls in a week for our information sponsor Tatyana to finally persuade us to come to an Oriflame meeting. We told our sponsor that we would bring lots of strong Leaders. We kept our promise.

After just one month we got our first large orders and registrations. We reached 3700 BP with our group. In only the next two weeks we reached 21%. From the Success Plan we learned that it is important to build a reliable first line, and develop a deep structure together. This way, we reached the Sapphire Director title after the first half year, having five 21% groups in the first line. And at the ninth month we went to the Gold Conference, where we met thefounders.

We will always remember those days. In our first visit abroad we went to Great Britain, Portugal and Spain. Since then, we have visited 30 more countries.

What does Oriflame mean for Aleksey? Fulfilling our dreams by becoming President Director in the Oriflame Success Plan, to have a personal airplane, a Ferrari, a villa on the Black Sea coast, a fashionable yacht and a strong and happy team repeating our success.

What does Oriflame mean for Elena? Mission, lifestyle, my main activity. The company’s entire staff helps me in it: the management, service centre staff, lecturers, advertising department, marketing department, operators, the SAPRIO system, and of course – the Consultants and Leaders
that believed in us and followed us.

What would we tell someone thinking of a career in Oriflame? Try it! Introduce your friends to your top sponsor the first week. Bring successful people into your circle of acquaintances and leave behind everything negative. Always be near us, and strengthen your belief in yourself so you can reach the very top.
