Taking the plunge

My life and that of my family can be divided into two periods: before joining Oriflame and with Oriflame. As a biologist-chemist, I was a schoolteacher for ten years, and I loved it. But on a teacher’s salary today, one can only survive. And there are so many interesting things to do and want in the world. Life gave me that chance: I met Oriflame.

This new fantastic world enchantedme. No bosses, free working schedule, fast-growing and unlimited income
that depends only on you, opportunities to meet interesting people, excellent cosmetics, top-notch training, continuous self-development and development of others. All these things were so exciting that I left my school and all that I knew and loved there.

My dream for the near future is to qualify as Executive Director, and participate in the conferences and be able to bring three companions with me. Anyone thinking of a career with Oriflame should first decide which level to reach – a clear target is the first condition of success. A passionate wish to reach it and self-confidence are also necessary, but the main thing is taking action.

There’s a saying, “If you want to learn to fly, jump down from a rock, and your wings have to grow”. I jumped. I believed that if other people could do it, so could I. Success never comes from outside; it is inside you, and you have to believe in yourself and let it out. The transformations I underwent after I joined Oriflame were fantastic. I went from being an inexperienced Consultant to Double Diamond Director, and the path was not paved with roses and diamonds. But I clearly knew that there was no way back – and that nothing was impossible in my life. I became a Senior Manager after just two months, and after ten months I went to the Gold Conference in France, where I felt the scale and the power of the company.

The secret of success is simple:
