Making life better
and brighter

armenia2006

For me, it all began in 1998, which was a very difficult time economically in my country. Many plants closed down, and thousands of people were suddenly thrown out of work. As an economist I suddenly felt like I was in the middle of nowhere.

My daughter, Gayane, was in her first year at the State University then. By chance, she was invited to attend a direct marketing seminar. So it was actually Gayane who was the first in the family to enter this new world, though I was quick to follow her lead.

By the time Oriflame came to Armenia I had already learned a lot about its marketing system. Without hesitating a moment, I signed a contract with the company. With each passing day at Oriflame I felt more and more sure that my choice was the right one.

And in the first month I invited 18 people to join. My family is a very supportive one, and seeing my passion for Oriflame, they signed contracts with the company too. My husband, Bagdasar Grigoryan, offered to help temporarily, but without even realizing it fell in love with the company and stayed forever.

My daughter, Gayane Grigoryan, also joined us and today she is one of my Gold Directors. In the meantime, the three of us have visited cities all over Armenia, held numerous seminars and meetings, and have been the guests of a vast number of families.

My career progression at Oriflame has been truly phenomenal: starting in May 2002, I reached Director level by April 2003. During the following 13 months I swiftly progressed to Gold and Sapphire, reaching Diamond Director rank in May 2004. We deliberately disseminated ‘’Oriflame Virus’’ in Armenia. And here we are, the Armenia’s first Diamond Directors.

We also read a lot, especially Jim Ron, spending many hours educating ourselves. A caring attitude to every single member of my team, permanent communication, family-like relations among my leaders and team members is the secret of our success.

Nor is our success the result of a single person’s work; it is the result of the work of a large team of consultants and dedicated staff members working for Oriflame Georgia and Armenia.

I constantly dream of growing the business, which will bring financial prosperity to my team and family, and make life better and brighter for those who believed in me and joined me.
