A passion for Oriflame

estonia

I’m a very lucky person because I’ve had the chance to live a rewarding life: I was at the right place at the right time. In 1997 Oriflame was an unknown brand in Estonia. Even so, it looked like an opportunity worth trying, and I joined the very first day Oriflame opened in Tallinn.

To start with I was not very optimistic, but I gradually got the hang of the business and today Oriflame is a big part of my life.

My passion for Oriflame has infected my daughters as well: besides being lawyers and raising small sons they are extremely active in Oriflame. Both of them have become Directors.

However, I admire my mom most of all, who at the age of 80 keeps us all going. She is the biggest consumer of Oriflame products in our family, as she wants to look good all the time! Moreover, she has a positive attitude to life, is active on all fronts and is a very feminine great grandmother.

My husband, Toomas, brings me down to earth once in a while with his calmness and equilibrium. We spend our precious time together going to concerts, the theatre and cinemas, which always re-energizes me and gives me new inspiration.

As well as being grandmother to three grandsons I’m at the centre of a powerful business. I’m constantly studying, teaching, inspiring, motivating and enjoying my business. This way I serve as a magnet, attracting likeminded, energetic people into my Oriflame world. All nine of my Director groups with their Leaders are like one big happy family.

In every sense of the term, I’m like a perpetual motion machine. To begin with I focused on Kohtla-Järve, the oil shale town where I was born; today it is the most active Oriflame region in Estonia. I now live in Tallinn, the country’s capital. After moving around, I eventually settled in the most desirable area, the historic old town. I have a beautiful old flat there, where I enjoy talking baths with my favourite Aromacare products.

My office is right around the corner, just a short walk from the headquarters of Oriflame Estonia. This constellation means that I can fulfil my motto of “working with all your heart and relaxing well afterwards”. For those starting a career with bold dreams, be passionate and results-oriented; most of all, have faith in your mission!
