Freedom of spirit

 azerbadjan

As the proverb says, “It is a bad soldier who does not dream of becoming
the general”. I used to be that soldier. But not any more! Now I have a goal – to reach the level of President Director on Oriflame’s Success Ladder. I think that at some point I will do this.

No, it wasn’t easy for me to start thinking that this would ever be possible. Even after hearing about Oriflame, I deliberated for a long time over what kind of business to start. Then, as if it was fated, a combination of circumstances helped me to make a clear decision to try working with Oriflame.

I joined Oriflame in August 1998. Still, for some time I just could not believe in myself as an Oriflame Leader; in fact, I thought “career growth” was a just a pair of words that did not involve me. I was a simple Consultant and thought that’s what I would remain.

But when one of those whom I had invited into the company became successful in sales and recruitment, I decided that I, too, could manage this business. So I started to work actively
with my structure, and in November 1998 became a Director. A bit later, in 2000, I reached Gold Director level; in 2003 – Sapphire Director, and in 2004 I became a Diamond Director.

Yes, I’ve become quite a successful person. In my structure, I have developed others as Leaders and I am very proud of them. Oriflame enables me to grow and become self-confident. Every day gives me inspiration and pleasure. In a word, now I can see that our company is the best place for anyone to discover their true potential and to realize their most ambitious career desires.

My vital motto is “Only forward!”, and the qualities which I most of all appreciate in people are purposefulness, sincerity and freedom of spirit. So probably it is only natural that my most favourite Oriflame aroma is Freya, because it embodies freedom and naturalness.
