The Pinnacle

Tamilla

Riga, the conservatory, the theater,  the Art University...born into a diplomatic family, brought up by a governess, I couldn't imagine that I would ever work with a direct selling cosmetics company.

In our family words like "trade" and "sales" were negative; they suggested speculation and deception and didn't belong in our lives.

My married life was on the Baltic coast, in Jurmala, where we went to the theatres and museums and read books. My husband was a Soviet officer in the Flight Control Centre, we were bringing up two daughters, and everything was super.

And suddenly it all collapsed in 1991 and we had to start a new life from scratch. We had no answers to our children's unspoken questions. I

in April 1996, we found - and immediately seized - the Oriflame opportunity. We were our own sponsors. We had to learn how to work, how to do business on our own. Oriflame provieds equal opportunities to all, and once can make one's own choice whether to become rich or to stay poor.

Sometimes I wonder why some people want so little, why they dream so little? To some extent, each dream is already a plan.

How can one be content to remain a Director for five years in a row? Or a Gold Director, or even an Executive Director for five years in a row? You should plan your next title as soon as you reach your current title!

We don't work for the money or for big money - we work for the opportunities money can give us! Because Oriflame is more than beauty! Oriflame has taught us the difference between a successful and a non-successful person in business.

It's an ability to learn. When difficutlies arise an unsuccessful person quites trying. But a successful person, facing the same difficulties, simply starts looking for different ways to reach the same goals.

A motto fomine comes from Winston Churchill: "Never, never, never, ever give up!" That's what I teach people. If I can earn money - you can do it as well. Consider each peak as a step to the next peak. Within eight years I went the whole way from Starter to the highest title in the world! The Success Plan was extended with new tiltes twice for me, and I'm not going to stop.

I wish for everyone to reach the sky. As for me, the sky is not the limit!
