A new way of life

serbia1

My Oriflame adventure started in July 1997, when a colleague told me excitedly how she’d met my old college friend, Olga Vlajic, who had already achieved Gold Director status. We immediately scheduled a meeting with Olga, which ended with me joining Oriflame and placing a modest order, just as in almost all beginners’ cases.

It was all very tempting but also a journey into the unknown. Even so, I had the advantage of having unlimited trust in the person who told me about it. I knew she wouldn’t offer me something she didn’t believe in herself. I tried my hand at recruiting for a while, but it was harder than I thought it would be; I soon reverted to a consumer.

Then, at the end of summer, one of the Consultants from my network called. She had seven people who joined, and wanted to know what to do. I was more than confused, but we successfully dealt with the situation together.

Suddenly I realized that I couldn’t stop even if I wanted! I had an obligation and responsibility towards all of those who had joined my little team. From that moment on, we attended all of Olga Vlajic’s and Jagoda Mircic’s presentations. We began buying relevant literature and creating our own small libraries. As our level of knowledge grew, the nature of M.L.M. became clearer – and the challenges more obvious.

In 2001, when Oriflame entered the country, it became much easier to operate here. The company could directly help now by organizing seminars, and the results were plain to see. We already had an experienced, highly motivated team in place, and success followed success.

My husband, Sreta, gradually began taking over more responsibility, and soon became the main planner in building new teams. When I reached Sapphire Director I quit my job and dedicated myself completely to Oriflame.

A year later Sreta did the same. Our motto is “Do what you love, because only with love and work together can you achieve full results”. Thanks to Oriflame, my dreams have come true. I love my work. My children have a very nice life and have the chance to go to prestigious universities.

Oriflame has become a way of life for our family. Moreover, the travel and the opportunities to meet interesting new people have been wonderful. Oriflame is more than an interesting “game of numbers”: never forget that you have the opportunity to change people’s lives for the better.
