In Slovakia, enjoyment and pride

Every time somebody asks me “Why Oriflame”, I just have to smile – just as when I hear the question “How did you get started at Oriflame?”

To begin with, I didn’t know anything about Oriflame, its products or how to sponsor new people. But I was young, full of energy and wanted to learn everything about the company. I never missed a course or training programme, and gradually started to understand how Oriflame works.

Everything I learned I tried out immediately. I really don’t know how many questions I asked my own sponsor or our Director, but I still remember their answers; today, I pass on the same advice to my own Consultants, who ask the same questions I was asking just a few years ago. Explaining the business and passing on my knowledge is something I genuinely enjoy.

New people bring new opportunities, and new ideas about how to run the business. One of the things I always do is establish a plan, settting ambitious objectives. The plan helps me to focus on the mission; the performance of my people is always a source of enjoyment and pride.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my Directors, who have always believed in me. Oriflame has changed their lives, just as it has changed mine. Ladies, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you! I want you to be as happy as me. I have a job that I love – a job that allows me to meet new people, but still gives me the time I need for my family.

But Oriflame is more than just a job: it’s also an avocation, something I love doing for its own sake. And I want to be even better in future – and earn more money. That’s my objective for next year. My heartfelt thanks to everybody!
