A stellar performance

My name is Conchi Leal and I am a Diamond Director* of Oriflame Cosmetics. I was born in Catral (Alicante), a village of four thousand inhabitants, and am the second of three sisters.

 For that reason I had to struggle to find my place in the family, since the first daughter was the desired one, the second (me!) came without warning, and the third one – the baby of the family – was always the little princess.

When I was a child I dreamed of being an artist, something people took a dim view of 57 years ago, especially in a village like mine. Time passed, I was growing up and I thought that my dream would never come true. But I married an exceptional man and left my village to live in the city.

I had two beautiful daughters and was very happy; even so, my dream still hadn’t come true. Then, several years later, a childhood friend came to visit me and told me she was working for a Swedish cosmetics company called Oriflame, and that she was in charge of a group
and travelled a lot.

The idea of breaking free from my routine definitely appealed to me. I registered with the company and realized right away that the products were very good. Within a few weeks I was selling left and right, and encouraging other people to become part of Oriflame, too. This way I managed to build up a group in
very short order, transmitting my happiness and enthusiasm at every turn.

Then came recognition: at different events held to celebrate sales and recruitment achievements, people actually applauded me! They clapped and clapped, and I started to feel like an artist – my dream was finally coming true… I travelled all over the world, stayed at the best hotels, met wonderful people everywhere I went, had my own car: and all thanks to Oriflame.

Yes, my dream came true, and now my mission is to make other people’s dreams come true, helping them achieve economic independence, take trips and make friends. I hope to stay with Oriflame for many years and never disappoint my team – because we are a great family, always helping and supporting each other! Oriflame, thank you for everything!
