A secret talent for business

turkey4

In 1993 I visited a kiosk at a shopping festival, and that’s where I met Oriflame. I immediately decided to sign up. One year after joining the “family”, I got acquainted with a Director. Of course, I was impressed by her income, and I decided to become “something” at Oriflame, too. In my third month I became a Senior Manager. That was my first goal.

The company gives everybody an equal opportunity to be successful and that’s what I like most about Oriflame. Gradually I became aware of a secret talent for business that had long been bottled up inside me. Oriflame provided me with a genuine career opportunity and an income most women in Turkey could never even dream of – I believed in the company, and still do.

I knew very well that success would be impossible without working hard. And work I did! I shut my ears to all negative complaints and ignored negative people. My aim was to be successful, and I achieved it!

First of all, you have to set a target for yourself. Then choose Leaders willing to work with you. Be sure that they are really committed, and that they see Oriflame as their true vocation. Set clear, measurable goals for your team. Be a role model for your Leaders; show them how it’s done – I always hold at least two Opportunity Meetings every day.

When my Leaders call me, thealways know that I’m in a meeting! This sets a good example, and they try to be like me. Finally, my Leaders and I never work with negative people; it’s just not worth it. This is our key to success.
