Challenges are my life

Before Oriflame, life for me revolved around giving riding lessons at my hometown club, which I did largely because I was anxious to continue training and competing there with my own horse. Then a friend suggested that I join Oriflame. Well, I thrive on challenges in my life, and I could see right away that Oriflame presents a particularly
exciting challenge.

My personal goal now is to double my network, a great challenge which compels me to develop my leadership skills even further. My approach is to help other people develop, and my dream is to see them accomplish what they thought was impossible. People are very important to me and for me, especially everyone in the Malmoe office. They are enormously support- ive, which makes my job easier.

The company has given me very much and I learn something new every day. I constantly face new challenges, but there are many laughs along the way – I like that part, too! In fact, the job is just as much fun as when I began with Oriflame. That was 1979. For me, Oriflame is more than a job; it’s a way of life.

Few people are as lucky as I am to have this kind of job, one in which the people are as wonderful as the products. Oriflame products are simply unbeatable and I can really stand behind them and what they promise – this is a fantastic feeling.

If you like challenges and you have spirit, you should definitely have a go with Oriflame. The only thing you invest is your own time and you can build up a business which can become as big as you want it to be. The sky is the limit! You learn an enormous amount on the way, and you yourself decide how much time to devote. It is a job where I can apply my personal motto: Help others to succeed and you will become a success yourself!
