What is Oriflame's policy on animal testing?

“Oriflame does not test products or ingredients on animals and respects the environment” (Operating Principles).

It is the policy of Oriflame Cosmetics not to test products on animals. 

Oriflame has never tested, nor commissioned the testing of, cosmetic ingredients on animals. It is company policy to use only materials which are sourced in accordance with “The Humane Cosmetics Standard” which was devised by the “European Coalition to End Animal Experiments”. 

Oriflame has always supported the reduction and eventual elimination of animal testing and welcomes the provisions of the EU Cosmetic Directive 7th Amendment which aims to regulate animal testing while providing a balance between animal welfare and consumer safety.
